We're delighted to say that Martin has been nominated in three categories for this year's BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards, as announced by Mike Harding on his show this evening. "Purpose + Grace" is nominated for Best Album, "Lakes Of Ponchartrain" is nominated for Best Traditional Song and Martin himself is nominated for Musician Of The Year for the ..... well, we've lost count of how many times he's been nominated for that particular Award! The Awards ceremony itself will be on Wednesday 8th February 2012 and this year will come live on BBC Radio 2 and on the BBC Red Button, from The Lowry Theatre in Salford Quays.
